update kde to 4.10 linux mint 14

Hi,

i followed up this howot, to upgrade painless and seamlesly to kde 4.10
this howot works if you already have kde 4.9 installed

- open a terminal
- login as root

1- add-apt-repository ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports
2- apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade


apply all updates, no reboot required

that's it
