Howto window controls [-,+,and x] in every corner & side

I would appreciate knowing how I may enable Mint 15 Mate to have the windows controls
[-,+, and x] to appear in every corner and maybe on sides of the windows so I may minimixe, maximize, and close without having to drag my mouse pointer all over creation to accomplish the task. Well herez a thought too; how about allow a right click feature to show a menu to accomplish the task also? Thanx Pleeeeeez!!! :mrgreen:
