Step 2: Select the Shortcuts tab
Step 3: Click the Add button under Themes and add a name to the theme.
Step 4: Now add these Shortcuts by clicking the add button under Shortcuts.

exaile -l 5 Super+d Decrease Volume
These are the defaults that are used for GNOME.
The Super Key is also known as the Windows Key.
You can change the shortcuts, but remember that these can interfere with other applications.(examples: Compiz-Fusion, Beryl, etc)
