Hello all I am one of Linux Mint translator.I have some problem hopefully you will solve it. when I am in my home folder for example a window will open and show what is inside. in top right corner I call it global menu which is File, Edit, View, Go to, Help and their drop downs they are not include in launchpad. Would you be kind to bring those for translation.

You are describing the file manager. Which file manager are you using? Unless it is Nemo (from Cinnamon), your file manager comes from the Ubuntu or Debian (for LMDE) repositories so you'd have to join their translation teams to improve translations for those.
