Problem with Translation?

I stumbled across this article written recently about Mint 9 and apparently there is some discrepancy about the naming of the deleted files folder.

It seems to indicate it might be in a GB english version and not not american english? I don't know since I haven't used Mint 9 yet where the issue is, but thought it might be something to get fixed. I wasn't sure if it should be posted here or somewhere else.
