Hi all,

I am trying to translate "Base filesystem does not exist! Bailing" and I'm not sure about the meaning of that last "Bailing" in this context. Could someone please shed some light on it, explaining it a bit or providing an equivalent expression?

Thanks in advance.

In this case it would probably mean to quit without finishing completely and/or correctly.
