DVI monitor starts as disabled

Hi,

I'm using Mint 13 KDE on a desktop with this video card:
http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/NVIDIA_Series/Extreme_N6600LE_SilencerTD256M/
I installed the NVIDIA additional driver, and it's now detected as follows:
Code: Select all
Graphics:  Card: NVIDIA NV43 [GeForce 6600]
          X.Org: 1.11.3 drivers: nvidia (unloaded: nouveau,vesa,fbdev) Resolution: 1920x1200@50.0hz
GLX Renderer: GeForce 6600/PCIe/SSE2 GLX Version: 2.1.2 NVIDIA 295.40

I have 2 monitors, one CRT connected with a VGA port, and one LCD connected with a DVI port. Whenever I log out of KDE and then back in (not even restarting X), the DVI monitor starts off as disabled, and video output is sent to the VGA monitor only. Then I have to re-enable the DVI one by hand using the NVIDIA X Server Settings. Is there a way to make both monitors start up, or to save the monitor configuration?

Thanks!
