How do i Have multiple accounts available upon startup?

Postby traina26 on Sun May 06, 2012 1:26 pm

Hi guys I'm currently running Linux mint 11 and upon startup of mint it logs right in to my main account without asking for password. Iwant to set it so the login screen pops up and you have to choose which user you want and password (for privacy purposes  ) But i cant seem to find a way to have this set. If someone could help or send a link to where it shows how to do this it would be greatly appreciated. :D

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

Assuming you are using Gnome, from the Administration menu open Login Screen application. Unlock it with your password and disable automatic login for your user.

It is simple once you know it, but finding it in the first place is a bit of a challenge :D
