Hello Mint Forums.
I recently downloaded the .torrent version of the 32-bit DVD. I'm using Windows 7 and I read some of the instructions on how to start using Linux Mint, so I downloaded the Universal USB Installer and configured it to my liking (I read that setting a 250MB persistent file size is recommended). When I restarted my computer and selected to start up Mint, I was taken to the Linux Mint menu which showed the various ways to start it up. I selected the normal one at the top. My computer switched to a black screen and various codes popped up on it, which I assume was hardware. Then this happened. I waited a couple minutes, and then it displayed something that said something "timed out" and then the process was "terminated". Here's a few more less-blurry pictures of my monitor: http://i.imgur.com/qLNaH.jpg, http://i.imgur.com/CPJKD.jpg, http://i.imgur.com/dJNhS.jpg.
I assumed the .iso was corrupted, so since then, I've redownloaded the file a couple times and even tried out the CD version, and I've continuously had the same problem. I'm starting to assume it's a problem with my USB drive. I'd really like to use it on a USB, in case I need to switch from my desktop to laptop in the future.
Hardware specs.
Thank you in advance.
