Kernels prior to 3.2.0-24.37 panic on boot

Hi, I was wondering which kernel version will be included with Mint 13 is released? On one of my machines (Dell Studio XPS 13), I can't boot into any modern Live CD's because it panics every time on boot. A bug report was filed and solved about a month back, but the solution, unfortunately, was not included with the final version of Ubuntu 12.04.
