Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I would like to use the new release LinuxMint 13 (Maya) on my laptop but installation seems to be
impossible.
I burned the ISO file on DVD (LINUX_MINT_13_(Maya)_Cinnamon_32Bit)
http://www.linuxmint.com/edition.php?id=105
MD5 checksum is O.K.

Hardware:
Toshiba Satellite M30X-124:
Pentium-M 725 1.60GHz • 512MB (2x 256MB) • 80GB • DVD+/-RW • ATI Radeon Mobility 9700
128MB • USB 2.0/FireWire/Modem/LAN/WLAN 802.11bg • 6in1 Card Reader
(SD/MMC/SM/xD/MS/MS Pro) • 15.4" WXGA TFT (1280x800) • Windows XP Home • Li-Ionen-Akku •
2.90kg

The installation is just a big disaster.
No matter what I tried, LINUX_MINT_13_(Maya)_Cinnamon_32Bit and the laptop seems to not to fit
each other at all.

Please see the attached file for reference.

Until now, I could not make Linux Mint 13 work on my laptop.

Additional:
Starting up the linux installation in "normal mode" is causing hardware cash.
Please help me to find a way to be able to install Linux Mint 13 on my hardware by using one DVD as
well.

Please let me know when a DVD downoad is available which can be used on my hardware.

Thank you very much for your help,
Best regards,

Martin
