After I get to the Desktop after I freshly installed Mint 14 I get an error telling me that the Floppy Drive won't mount. It is a particularly humorous error in that this system was intentionally built without a floppy drive. The error, however, is still very annoying. Is there any way to disable the check for that device?

Somehow a floppy disk was showing turned on in the Bios. I switched it off and that fixed everything. Computer boots way faster now, too.
