Live USB installation doesn't start

Hi, I don't know if someone has the same problem.

When I start Linux Mint liveUSB always runs normally, but when I click on the installation desktop shortcut It stucks on loading and installation window never appears.

I've tried with 13 and 14 LinuxMint x64 versions but nothing changes, they get frozen in the same step.
