mint4win installation always reconfiguring Linux mint

Hello,
I uninstalled Linux Mint 11 (was installed with mint4win together with windows 7 64bit).
Then I installed Linux Mint 14 Cinnamon 64 bit (again with mint4win through VirtualCloneDrive (same method I used for Linux Mint 11: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/20079/in ... r-netbook/)
However when I boot Mint 14, it is configuring (with Esc for more options) and it does that everytime I boot it again (so programs I install are all gone after rebooting).
I read something in the release notes:
Mint4win
When installing Linux Mint with mint4win, choose loop0 for both the target partition and the grub destination.
However, I didn't get any option to select a partition (only the C-drive (my only partition) was visible in the options of mint4win).
Any advice or links to solutions are apprecieted!
Best regards,
Thomas
