Booting sleep sleeps for a long time after upgrade

Hello,
I have a problem with booting since today. I used to have notebook booted in 3-4 seconds but now it take at least 100s. It looks that it slows somewhere around "starting mounting network filesystem", then winbind, and then " stopping mounting network filesystem".
I have quite fresh 14 instalation. (nothing special, cinnamon, wine, php 5.3 downgraded, mysql, ... )
