changing the boot order

does anyone know how to change the default boot order at that comes up during startup? i have options to boot to "server" versions of Mint and "generic" versions.. unfortunatley the server version does not work well and i do not want it as the first boot option.. i'm sure there is some file i can edit in the "boot" directory, i just dont know which it is and what to edit..

any help on this will be appreciated, thanks!!!!

/boot/grub/menu.lst

Near the end of that document there should be the boot entries. Just rearrange them.

To sudo-edit with gedit, use
