Windows XP and Mint 14 boot problem

So here is my problem... I just finished instalating Mint 14 Cinemon (for the first time) as dual boot with Window XP SP3, but when I try too boot Windows just by selecting it from GRUB menu and hitting enter the boot menu window just zoom's, it doesn't start windows, and when I hit enetr again to boot windows it unzoom's the boot window, mint 14 works perfectly. Please HELP I need Windows to get my work done while I'm learning the "ways" of the Linux!!!!

Addition:
GRUB is version 2.00-7ubuntu11
Windows is instalated on /dev/sda1
Mint 14 Cinnamon is instalated on /dev/sda5

Does your screen seem to change resolution?
