mint 14 is not boot !

Hi guys
i need your help
I made three drive ، / and /root and /home . and installed Linux mint 14 on my computer hard drive
Linux will not boot
I used the easyBSD ! But it will not boot
What must I do?
AND I LIVE IN IRAN Please Speak Easy !

Reinstall it and make only two drive; / and /home

Try installing it without making any drives. Let Mint use the entire disk and take all the defaults.

Can you use terminal?
If can, then, follow these steps
1. boot Mint from either DVD or USB, run Live mode
2. open a terminal, type some commands and post their results
3. sudo fdiks -l
4. sudo parted -l
5. sudo os-prober
