hi there!

folks...what distro do U'd mount on a IBM thinkpad T42? [memo 1gb,centrino cpu @ 1.70ghz]

I'd love to put it MINT but got this error on boot:

this kernel requires the following features not present on the CPU:pae

unable to boot please use a kernel appropiate for your cpu

ideas will be appreciated!

by the error message i'm assuming you're trying to install mint 14 nadia; mint 14 has only a pae enabled kernel and apparently the pentium m of that thinkpad doesn't support pae

options? mint 13 32bit or lmde 32bit
