cant install

I d/l the iso. i burned the iso successfully...but when i put the CD in the cd drive i get nothing. i just get a folder. and when i try to restart i get a disk error from the start up. i dont know what iam doing wrong.

You have probably burned the distro as data. You should burn it as iso image.
Dont burn it at a speed higher than 8x.

Edit: Did you adjust the boot order in the bios? CDrom must come before Hard Disk.

yeah i set it as the cd rom first...and im pretty sure ive been burning as an ISO...ive even used 3 different programs to burn as ISOs and all have come out successful but it doesnt boot up...so i really dont know whats up...could the files be corrupted. and yes i burned at a slow speed.
