I'm getting an error when I boot to Linux Mint stating that the bootloader can't locate my /home directory. However, if I simply push "i" for ignore, Linux Mint boots perfectly.
I am using an older Dell Latitude C640 laptop that I have added a second hard drive via the HDD module bay expansion that replaces the CD-ROM drive in this laptop. Linux Mint is installed to the main hard drive alongside Windows XP with the /home directory on the second hard drive. I'm guessing the second hard drive isn't recognized at the booting stage, but once Linux Mint is loaded it is recognized so everything works out ok.
I have run boot repair a number of times, and here is the readout I get:

I'm rather new to linux, but any advice would be appreciated.
Cheers!
