Can't boot into Window 7

Hello all,
I've installed LM 14 Xfce onto my sister's computer alongside Windows 7. I can boot to LM just fine but when I try to boot into Windows I get a "A Disk Read Error Occured. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart" message.
I have tried to follow the instructions here:http://askubuntu.com/questions/216800/a ... to-restart and here http://askubuntu.com/questions/205589/a ... oot-repair but that didn't help.
The first solution added a costumized boot entry for Windows but booting into it only got me to a blank screen. The second solution didn't work because I was unable to create a Windows repair disk on a usb pendrive.
I've added a screenshot of gparted so you can see my partitions.

You do need to use a windows repair disc. Use the original install ISO for that. I won't tell you how to get one here. There are plenty of tutorials on the web. I've used this one before: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/32523/ho ... -problems/
Once you finish fixing windows, you will lose GRUB. Download the Ubuntu Boot Repair CD to fix that. https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Boot-Repair It will make reinstalling GRUB much easier.

Thanks. I've tried to follow the tutorial but I keep getting the same message: "A Disk Read Error Occured. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart". Can it be a problem with the way my partitions are set up?

It could be, but I doubt it. You might want to boot back into the Windows repair disc and use:

chkdsk /f

That should attempt to fix the bad NTFS records or some other mumbo jumbo. Have you looked around on Windows forums? You might find more useful information there.
