Yes. It will give you a few options, one of which will be to resize Suse. You can also choose to manually setup the partitions if you don't like what the partitioner suggests. I usually use gparted to do this myself. You cab boot the Mint live CD, and use gparted from the menu. Shrink Suse to the size you want, and create a new primary partition in the empty space.
