compiz worked on live cd but not after installation<solved>

I'm sure it's because I had my home on a separate partition and kept it when insalling Elyssa, but... with the live cd, compiz and all the effects worked. After a clean install of elyssa, keeping my home partition, no effects although they're shown as enabled.

I'm using a Dell Inspirion 1525N which did not allow compiz with Daryna.

Is there a quick fix to update my configuration files from my old home partition or should I just do a complete fresh install.
