Elyssa Live CD

Postby danmel2003 on Sun Nov 30, 2008 3:04 pm

Ok so I just downloaded and burned the iso to a cd-r. I booted elyssa up with no problems on my laptop, but when I insert the cd into my compaq desktop computer and reboot it comes straight up to a login screen wanting a username and password. I know its not the cd considering it worked on my laptop. Can someone help me out with this as it is very frustrating. As far as I know it should be going through some things and then allowing me to make a username and password. Thanks for you help in advance.

If the live CD asks for username and password something is wrong, normally a bad CD
I see you inserted the disk and rebooted, try to start the computer normally and insert the disk when the computer starts

Don't fix it if it ain't broken, don't break it if you can't fix it
