Can you boot Mint?
Can you boot XP?
There is no mention of Vista in that menu.lst
You need to chainload both XP and Vista
At least for XP search the forum (advanced search) for chainload and my user name and you'll find some recent posting
You could also try searching for chainload and Vista (not my user name, I have not written anything about it I think)

The entry for Vista is at the wrong place - it should be after
### END DEBIAN AUTOMAGIC KERNELS LIST
The reason it booted XP and not Vista is because the entry pointed at the XP partition - you have to adjust that
