Upgrading from Daryna to Felicia is not possible, as far as I know. The upgrade tool only works on Elyssa.

Thus, the only possible solution for you (since you don't have optical drive) is to use the pendrive install method. You can follow the instructions on this thread:
Create Mint LiveUSB from Windows using a GUI (UNetbootin)

You would have to download the Linux version of UNetbootin if you do not have Windows installation on your laptop, which is available here:
UNetbootin Home

Another alternative, if you have Windows on your laptop, would be to use mint4Win which is available in standard Linux Mint 6 Main Edition ISO. You can download and use any freebie virtual CD utilities for Windows and mount the ISO with it then perform the installation from Windows. But this method is not quite recommended.
