Yes, and make sure to use the mount point /
Then select /dev/sda9 make it ext3.
Then use the mount point of /home and make sure not to format.
This will probably cause config problems.
I know it should cause problems with mintMenu, but if you unset these it'll work.
Run this in terminal, after the Felicia install, to rest mintMenu:
