Did you check the md5sum and burned as slow as possible?

Do you have any installed Linux?
In Linux (rather bash) you always have access to the md5sum creation in terminal
In Windows you have to install a third party program to calculate the md5sum and it is the sum of the entire ISO that is to be calculated
