Upgrade installer
Wasn't there supposed to be an upgrade installer to go from Elyssa 64 to Felecia 64 like in Ubuntu ?

see the upgrade section of the release notes: http://www.linuxmint.com/rel_felicia.php As always a fresh install is recommended over upgrading.
