Hi im a existing user of ubuntu and im transfering to mint. Might i say its smexcy.
Well my problem is I cant really create another partition due to the fact my windows partition is encrypted with truecrypt. So i tried mint4win and well yeah after it loads it comes up with this busybox thing. Ive tried going into windows uninstalling and reinstalling and it still does it.

Sounds like maybe a bad burn. Check the md5 for the iso and burn the disk at the slowest possible speed.
