Can i directly install mint bianca without enter the live cd first?

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but if you mean install from the ISO on a hard disk this has been extensively discussed in the forum and found not to be possible

OK, I get you
The only way to install is to run the live CD/DVD and start install from the desktop.
If you experience problems with the live CD:

It's getting a bit outdated as Cassandra behaves much better.
