Upgrade Ubuntu 9.04 to Mint 7 System Sounds

I have enabled the repos and have upgraded my laptop install except system sounds
Synaptic> remove ubuntu-sounds to get rid of the drums.
How do I install the Mint System Sounds?

mint-meta-main or possibly mint-meta-gnome (or kde)
But on the other hand you say you've already done that

Thank you and yes, I have done that. I can go in the Sounds and select Linux Mint, but they do not play.
