So if it is not part of your menu you don't want to use it? Why did you install it then?

If you do want a menu launcher make one yourself:

Menu, Control Center, Look & Feel, Main Menu, click Internet, New Item and add the command "gnome-terminal -e aircrack-ng".

open a terminal, type "aircrack-ng", what happens?
Also type "whereis aircrack-ng", what does it say?

"whereis aircrack-ng"....says no command found
"aircrack-ng"...says no file to crack specified

Sorry to be a pain . . . but AirCrack needs to be configured before you use it . .
by READING the tutorial on AirCrack's website you have to :
The basic process consists of three steps:

* Determine the chipset in your wireless card
* Determine which of the three options you will use to run the aircrack-ng suite
* Get started using the aircrack-ng suite
