However after I rebooted, it wasnt showing on the OS list for grub. I understand i must edit its menu list however I am very cautious and unsure about the info I am putting in there. I was wondering if I may get someone's help determining not only the root ( "hdx,x" ) but also the kernal info. I direct downloaded the LD on July 29th, if that helps any. Might there be some commands I can use to determine this? I am unsure of what to do and how to do it.
I can post my menu list here and anything else if requested. *
Sorry I am unsure of what information to supply/how to supply it.
