Boot loader problem

First I have installed Windows 7 then i installed Mint 7 while installing i chose the option install inside Windows and yesterday I deleted that partition in which Linux is installed the problem am facing is during boot it is still showing me two options 1. "Windows 7" 2. "Linux_mint_main" can anyone please help me removing this option? :cry:

Did you uninstall or just delete the file?
The uninstall should take care of this
It is a problem in Windows 7 and I can't help you with that as the files have changed since XP and I don't know how it's done any more

If this is a Windows 7 boot menu, that is controlled by your BCD store. You need to remove the entry for mint using bcdedit.exe or a 3rd party tool like Neosmart EasyBCD. For more support, try the NeoSmart web site and forum, or the Microsoft support files about the BCD store. Good luck.
