Installing Bea to hda2

I have a PC with two hdd:
hda1 = winxp
hda2 = old ubuntu
hdb = PCLinuxOS

If I do an install to install Mint to the hda2 partition, should I leave the MBR on hda1 where it has been? The bootloader now is Lilo from PCLOS.

Just want to make sure that I can see all partitions in the bottloader once Mint is installed.

You can either leave PCLinuxOS's one... or overwrite hda (your MBR) with Mint's Grub. Either way you should be able to access all three OS.
