OEM Install
If I boot from the 32-bit OEM install disk, what should I see? I see the traveling green dots for quite awhile, and than the CD stops loading and the dots just keep moving, but nothing else happens. I never see a menu or anything resembling a desktop.

Press any key during the countdown when you boot from the oem install disk.
Then check the integrity of the cd. If you don't get any errors boot into compatibility mode.
