Can't boot Linux Mint 9 lxde from disk
Hi there, I have Linux Mint 8 Gnome, and I want to upgrade to Linux Mint 9 lxde, I downloaded mint9 from a download mirror link on the homepage and burnt it to a disk, then i changed the boot order in the BIOS so the disk drive, and the "removeable device" are checked before the hard drive, I save my changes but nothing happens every time, what am i doing wrong???

1. Check the md5sum of your ISO image. There are many free tools available on net to compute the md5. Compare this to what's on the download side.
2. Burn the disc in DAO mode, at 1x to 8x speed. (The slower the better - depends on your patience though)
3. Verify the burn
Use this disc after it passes all these checks.
