To transform Bianca Light in Bianca Full Edition you must add codecs and firefox plugins: Java, Flash, DVD and mp3 support, Win32 codecs...etc. (http://www.linuxmint.com/20070329.html)
With Cassandra and Celena you could use the mint file at http://linuxmint.com/software/?sec=item&id=50 but with Bianca you must add them with Synaptic.
