mint live cd problem

Postby Medic77 on Sun Oct 14, 2007 9:06 pm

Ok every time i try to boot the min live cd celena, it leaves me at the busy box i think. i tried typing in the break=top stuff but still no luck. I have been searching high and low to find a solution, Heck even fedora core 7 didnt work. All i'm really looking for is to run the mint live cd.

I'm running a macbook pro with boot camp installed.

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

Yeah I have a macbook pro too, linux support is just lagging behind.

I can only boot a few distros on it.

You can install linux in a virtual machine using vmware fusion (there is a 30day free trial and it costs $80)

OR

You can do a customized, complicated install which involves compiling and using the commandline a lot.
