how to update via apt?

hi all

how can i make a update from mint 9 to julia 10? when i use apt-get update, apt-get dist-upgrade, apt-get upgrade, i get only the newest mint9 software, but not the update to julia. what i make wrong?

There is no default upgrade path from Mint 9 to Mint 10 via apt. See this tutorial on the Community web site for the upgrade methods available.
