I installed Mint 10 (First partition). Then, I put on a Windows partition for gaming (Second partition). Windows overwrote boot, and I had my Mint 10 disc, so as a temporary fix, I put on a second Mint10 partition (Third partition).
How can I boot from my first partition instead of my third one? I would like to get rid of that.

Boot from your live CD, look for GParted in mintMenu (and run it), and delete the extra partition you created. Then, follow this guide to re-install Grub:
