It is necessary to write down CD disc as image ISO. There can be at you a mistake at record on your computer? Try to write down on other computer .
I had such case

I had the same problem with the first disk I burnt - the checksum of the ISO was clean, but it hang after loading 16% of the kernel...

I re-burnt it at a slower speed, check the integrity of the new disk, and tada!

It installed like a breeze.

How old is that CD-RW disk? CD-RW disks don't last forever, you know. After a few re-writes it's bye bye Kansas and you should throw that disk away, because errors is all you'll get from it. The notion that a CD-RW "can be written to 1000 times" is often misunderstood: Those 1000 times are way faster achieved than you think. Also it might be a physical problem of your CD-writer drive.

I'd suggest you try with a clean CD-R, or maybe even ask a friend if he could burn that CD for you. Then test the CD on his machine. This would at least exclude the CD as source of the error. If the same CD still crashes your machine then it must be a hardware error of your PC in some way.

You are free to try what you want, but why complicate matters?? If you can't even get a CD-R burned the right way then I wonder how much chance of success you imagine you might have with placing a Linux distribution designed to be booted off CD-R discs on a USB pen drive? ... or even an iPod shuffle?? I wouldn't want to waste my time with such efforts which are unlikely to produce useful results. But if you know how to do this --for I don't-- you're welcome to post a so called "How To" document here.

Let's stick to the original plan, OK? Burn a CD-R and see if it crashes any other machine too, and if it doesn't, try it on your machine ... That's at least how I would go about troubleshooting this. It doesn't help you at all to try a dozen or so new creative methods if even the most basic one (burning a CD and then booting it) doesn't work for you. Especially as you are not even sure what the source of your problem is.

In my experience not all CD-R and CD-RW brands work so well with all CD writers. Has to do with the surface of the CD-R / CD-RW and the laser in the CD-writer drive and how much of the laser beam is reflected back and so on. Your mileage may vary.

I'd suggest to stay away from cheap unknown brands. In my experience Sony and Imation CD-R disks give the best results and just work everywhere, some other brands like Samsung, TDK and others such as Philips are good too. If you can't find Sony CD-R's I'd go for TDK or Imation. Just stay away from cheapo brands.
