I searched and there was another thread with a similar problem.
I just got a brand new laptop, and I have gone through and everything works fine with the HDD (Windows 7 works/boots like a charm.) I'm currently trying to install LM11
I have tried turning off the NIC to remove it from the list of boot devices, and when disabled, it goes straight to Windows 7 after selecting the CD/DVD drive as the boot device.
If I leave it enabled, it gives me the "PXE: media test failure, check cables" error then boots straight into Windows.
My boot order looks like this:
HDD
CD/DVD
USB
eSATA
NETWORK
Please help, I need Mint on here!
