Can i upgrade my Linux mint 10's Gnome to Gnome 3 shell desktop?

That would be right for Linux Mint 11. As the OP is using Linux Mint 10 I wouldn't recommend the above.istrandi wrote:The posts here:

There are instructions for GNOME3 on for Ubuntu 10.10/Linux Mint 10, such as here -> http://blog.sudobits.com/2011/04/24/how ... -10-10-04/
Again, I wouldn't recommend it - I would wait until GNOME3 is supported in an official release.
