After being a fan of Linux Mint for many years this is the first time I posted something on the forum.
I recently bought a new pc, and immediately wanted to install Linux mint 12 or 9, for having excellent results in the past. After burning them, and checking for errors, I tried to boot them. Both came up with a stall during booting: SDC attached scsi removable disk. (I tried both 32 and 64 bit) Assuming there must be an error during burning I tried mutiple cd's but no result.
The specs of the pc:
Motherboard: MS-7728 Chipset intel Sandybridge
CPU: intel core i7 2600
Ram: 8GB DDR3
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550Ti
Windows 7 booting from 64 GB SSD
Wanted to install Linux Mint on a partitioned 1.3TB HDD
Is there a solution to my problem?
(thank you for reading)
