I tried everything I can (even double-click ), but Install icon is not reacting. I'm booting with safe graphic mode. Did anybody solve this problem?

Of course
I think it can be a bad CD even if you booted the live CD
Check the md5sum and if you did not burn slowly do so
Don't fix it if it ain't broken, don't break it if you can't fix it
