Chrome Having Focus Issues

Out of the blue, Chrome has started having very strange issues. First of all, I can't right click on Flash. Second, whenever I type a space in a text box, the page moves down as though I wasn't in a text box, and whenever I mouse over pop-up menus (i.e. tropicalatlantic.com), they go away. How do I fix this? I have uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome.
