Question of Mate Dictionary

A friend's recent install of Mate 13 64 bit has a tiny problem with the Office Dictionary.

When you click on dictionary, it says it isn't installed....

Could someone please advise how to fix this?

My early readings take me to mate-utils. Synaptic says dictionary is a part of the mate-utils package.

I just don't know what to advise my friend.

Would you suggest reinstallation of mate-utils, or would there be something simpler?
